Below you can see how your journey with Āyurvedic Nutrition Counseling would look like and what to expect from each appointment, including the price. Please note that, according to the German Small Business Regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged.
1st Appointment
This is your time to be heard. I’ll ask about your current health status, your medical history, and your eating habits. We’ll also talk about your digestion, sleep, mood, and overall energy levels. This helps me gather all the information I need to understand your full picture.
Based on your goals, I’ll share a list of things to reflect on, observe, and experiment with. These usually relate to your most deeply rooted habits and the relationship you have with food—and with yourself. I will share with you your personalised nutrition plan the following week.
The appointment includes pulse and tongue diagnosis.
Duration: 1,5 to 2 h
Price: 75 € in person / 60 € online
2nd Appointment
About one week after our first appointment, I’ll hand over your therapy. This includes your personalised eating plan, along with recipes and lifestyle recommendations when needed. Depending on your preferences, Yoga and breathing techniques may also be included.
We’ll go through each part of the therapy together to make sure everything is clear. Not just how to do it, but also why it matters. My goal is for you to leave with complete clarity and no unanswered questions.
Duration: 1 to 1,5 h
Price: 75 € in person / 60 € online
Follow-up
After one month, we’ll meet for a follow‑up. I’ll ask you how you’ve been feeling and how things went with your therapy: what felt easy or difficult, what you enjoyed, what you didn’t, and what has changed.
Based on your situation and whether your objectives have been reached, we may consider a maintenance plan, schedule a second follow‑up, or simply let you continue on your own path.
Duration: max. 1 h
Price: 50 € in person / 45 € online
Cancellation policy: If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Short‑notice cancellations are subject to the full session fee.
When can Āyurvedic Nutrition help?
The short answer is: always! Whether you’re dealing with recurring, bothersome health issues or simply want to enhance your overall well‑being, Āyurvedic Nutrition Counseling can help restore balance to your digestive system. Sometimes it is hard to recall the last time you experienced a full week of truly ‘good digestion.’ And when the gut is out of balance, it often shows up as bloating, heaviness, acidity, burping, flatulence, constipation, diarrhoea, and overall irregular bowel movements.
When this imbalance persists, it can leave you feeling constantly tired, disrupt your sleep, affect your menstrual health, and weaken your immune system. It may also influence your mood—leading to irritability, apathy, or sudden emotional shifts, to name just a few.
How does Āyurvedic Nutrition support you?
Āyurvedic Nutrition—and Āyurveda as a whole medical system—focuses on building strong health in order to prevent illness and support longevity. When there is an imbalance, Āyurveda offers a personalized approach to recovery that considers your dominant constitution (dosha), your habits, and the seasons of both your life and the year. In Āyurveda, we address the root cause of imbalance so the disease doesn’t return and long‑term health can be maintained.
It’s a system that guides you towards well‑being with kindness, through self‑knowledge and understanding. What ultimately matters is how you truly feel throughout the entire process. With this in mind, don’t expect strict eating plans that require weighing food or counting calories. Instead, be open to reconnecting with your senses and your gut.
How many sessions do you need?
The recommended amount of appointments is three. Nevertheless, it is possible to have more than one follow up, depending on your needs. A Cooking Class might also be a nice addition to your Āyurveda journey.
